How to Use Loongbuy

New to Loongbuy? This step-by-step tutorial walks you through the entire process from creating your account to receiving your first haul. No prior experience needed.

Step 1: Account Setup

Visit the main store and create an account using your email. Verify your email to unlock full features. Add your delivery address and phone number in the profile settings. Accurate address information prevents delivery delays.

Step 2: Find Items

Use the spreadsheet links or browse categories directly. When you find an item you want, copy the product link or SKU. Paste it into the Loongbuy purchase form. Double-check the size, color, and variant before submitting.

Step 3: Submit Your Order

Fill in the purchase order with the item URL, size, color, and any special instructions. Submit and wait for the agent to purchase. This typically takes 1-3 business days depending on seller response time.

Step 4: Review QC Photos

Once items arrive at the warehouse, you'll receive QC photos. Inspect them carefully following our QC guide. Approve items you want to ship; request returns for any issues.

Step 5: Choose Shipping & Pay

Select your approved items and choose a shipping line based on your budget and speed needs. Enter your address, declare a realistic but appropriate value, and pay the shipping invoice. See our shipping guides for line recommendations.

Step 6: Track & Receive

After shipping, you'll receive a tracking number. Monitor progress through the carrier's website. Once delivered, inspect your items and leave feedback to help the community.
